What Is Anxiety Therapy?
Therapy with me is a space for you to start slowing down. Anxiety can show up and impact us in so many different ways. Whether you struggle with overthinking, find it hard to relax, or always have to hold it all together, youβre not alone. I see you and understand how exhausting it is to feel driven by anxiety. In sessions weβll move at your pace to explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that keep you stuck in a cycle of worry. Little by little, weβll work to shift away from overwhelm and towards helping you feel more calm and grounded.

My therapy approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing looks different for everyone. I draw from a blend of modalities (including EMDR, parts work, DBT, and person-centered therapy) to meet you exactly where you are and support you in a way that feels both effective and empowering.
If youβre struggling with long-held anxiety, our work might focus on βdropping outβ of your mind and tuning into your body. If youβre facing a season of new or heightened anxiety, our work might include creating tools to help you feel more regulated in the moment. Your story and nervous system is unique and deserving of personalized care. We will take the time to understand the different ways that you manage stress and respond accordingly. Additionally, I practice from a holistic lens that honors the connection between your mind, body, emotions, history, and present circumstances. This is not one-size-fits-all therapy. Itβs a relational process based on curiosity and compassion.
